Cheryl joins the business with almost 20 years of operational leadership experience, bringing extensive expertise in service delivery, operational performance, compliance, team development, and customer experience. Throughout her career, she has built a strong reputation for leading high-performing teams, improving operational processes, and delivering exceptional service while developing lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

As Head of Operations, Cheryl will oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of our facilities management services, working closely with our teams to enhance efficiency, strengthen collaboration, and ensure we continue to provide reliable, responsive, and high-quality support across every contract.
